In a consumer culture characterized by easy disposability and built-in obsolescence, Mike Creasey may seem an anachronism.
For nearly 40 years, Mike has been honing his craft in the repair and refurbishment of fine timepieces.
He began his career with a degree in Watchmaking and Repairs, and has furthered his expertise with certifications and training
from a bevy of top watchmakers. Mike has built an enviable reputation among fine jewelers and clock shop owners throughout Central Virginia,
for the attention to details he brings delving into the mechanical intricacies of vintage and collectible watches. He has
earned the respect of his peers, playing an active and leading role in professional associations dedicated to watchmaking. And today,
Mike offers his services directly to the public.
Mike completed his initial training in watch repairs and maintenance in 1982, at the Bowman Technical School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
He graduated with a degree in Watchmaking and Repair, with training in fabrication of the tools and parts involved in watch mechanisms.
He has had additional factory training from manufacturers including: Breitling, Omega and Rolex.
